Pre-Orders

Many of our pieces are available for pre-order, meaning we will make your items especially for you after we receive your order. In general, the turnaround time for pre-order items is 12 weeks. The process is:

1. BROWSE ITEMS VIA OUR SHOP

If an item is out of stock, it will usually be marked as available for 'Pre-Order'.

Pre-orders are also recommended if the stock available is not enough to meet your requirements.

2. SELECT ITEMS FOR PRE-ORDER

When you select 'pre-order' on any product, you'll be prompted to complete a 'pre-order enquiry email'.

We receive this and will be in touch within 24 hours.

3. DETAILS OF ORDER CONFIRMED

Once we have agreed on the details of the order, including pieces, colour and quantity, we will send an invoice to your email, requesting a 50% deposit.

4. PRODUCTION LOCKED IN

We consider your order confirmed as soon as your deposit is received.

At this point we will lock your place in our production calendar and let you know a more accurate estimated despatch date.

This will usually be around 12 weeks from receipt of deposit.

5. READY TO SHIP

4. When your pieces are ready for despatch, we will contact you to arrange shipping or pick-up and final payment.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of payment receipt.

6. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please thoroughly inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any breakages. Damaged items due to production or shipping will be replaced or credited promptly. 

General wear and tear replacements are not available. However if there has been a defect in production that is not immediately obvious but causes significant issues down the line, we will absolutely replace affected pieces.
