DOMESTIC SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

Currently we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Standard and Express services or you are welcome to collect from our studio in Naarm, Melbourne by appointment. 

In Stock items are dispatched from our studio within 2-3 days of order. Domestic shipping options are as follows:

Flat Rate of $20
Free for orders $200 and above
Delivery 5-8 business days from date of despatch

Express Shipping
Flat Rate of $35
Free for orders $300 and above
Delivery 3-5 days from date of despatch

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders can sometimes be arranged.

Please email us with your delivery address and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

PRE-ORDERS

Many of our pieces are available for pre-order, meaning we will make your items especially for you after we receive your order. The process is:

1. We receive your enquiry via email or via our pre-order form.

2. Once we have agreed on the details of the order, including pieces, colour and quantity, we will send an invoice to your email, requesting a 50% deposit.

3. We consider your order confirmed as soon as your deposit is received. At this point we will lock your place in our production calendar and let you know a more accurate estimated despatch date. This will usually be around 12 weeks from receipt of deposit.

4. When your pieces are ready for despatch, we will contact you to arrange shipping or pick-up and final payment. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of payment receipt.

BREAKAGES

Please thoroughly inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any breakages. Damaged items due to production or shipping will be replaced or credited promptly. 

General wear and tear replacements are not available. However if there has been a defect in production that is not immediately obvious but causes significant issues down the line, we will absolutely replace affected pieces.

PRODUCT CARE

For longevity of your HANA products, handwashing with thorough drying is recommended.

More importantly we encourage everyday use so if you prefer the dishwasher then 'go for it' we say.

For persistent marks, make a paste of baking soda and water (or vinegar) and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush, sponge or cloth.
